
How can I tone my chest? And Lose my man Boobs?
I’m 24, weigh 175 just over 6 feet tall, and am male. I work out about four-five times a week, mostly strength training, but am in pretty good shape none the less. I gotta 6 pack (beer not abs) on my stomach and some little B cup Beauties.
I trainer at a local gym said that A lot of guys who work out get man boobs from doing too much flat benching which causes the skin to sag on those muscles as they get bigger.
Anybody have any sure fire ideas on how to have a flat chest. I know how to fix the stomach, quit eating Wendy’s when Im drunk, quit drinking as much, and get on the treadmill.
